The syllabus is organized with a conceptual approach around five prescribed themes, each of which has four associated topics. For a detailed version of the syllabus, click the download button at the bottom of this page.
As a student, you must familiarize yourself with the taxonomy of the syllabus in Spanish. This knowledge will empower you to articulate your thoughts accurately during the presentation of the visual stimulus (first part of the IOA). Understanding how the themes and topics interconnect will enhance your ability to interprete the underlying message of the picture, allowing you to present relevant ideas to the prescribed theme and its associated topics.
