What kinds of stimulus texts can we expect on the exam? How do we help students make connections between style and purpose? How do we help students structure their ideas and organise their paragraphs? 

How can we help students develop the skills that they need to do well on Paper 1? How can we help students build the confidence that they need? What does the learning journey to the Paper 1 exam look like? How can we best give feedback? We will look at several units of inquiry that help students prepare for Paper 1.
